Recommendations will be given on painting, cleaning, de-cluttering, repairs, updating, packing & storage. We start with a complete property walk through. Within one week, the homeowner will receive a summary report and action plan that, if implemented, will make it possible for buyers to imagine themselves living in the property. To receive the maximum return on your investment, you will need to depersonalize your home & neutralize the decor.

Half or full day Home Staging

Using your existing furnishings and working off the Summary Report/Action Plan, we will make a dramatic transformation to your home and bring in accessories in order to complete the look of each room. accessories supplied can be leased on a monthly basis at a very competitive, budget-oriented price.

Vacant Home Staging

Granado Design will arrange for furniture & artwork rental through a local rental center. We will provide linens, greenery, accessories, props etc. to bring life into a vacant home. All of these can be leased on a monthly basis at a competitive rate. Granado Design can help you establish the right approach to get your property sold.

Interior Decorating, Redesign & Home Enhancement

Decorating

Granado Design will work with you to create a home environment that best expresses your sense of style and personality. After an initial consultation which involves discussions on style preferences, theme, colors, etc. measurements will be taken along with photographs. If you have a theme in mind, a certain color scheme, or just want a different look we will work together to realize your ideas. Within two weeks, we’ll get together to review your design sketches and other elements including, paint chips, fabrics, wall décor, element placement and accessory suggestions. Any additional suggestions you may have can be incorporated at this time.

Redesign & Home Enhancement

Using things you already own, each room will be creatively “redesigned”. Through strategic furniture arrangements, placement of design elements and the absence of clutter, this “makeover” is guaranteed to give you a fresh new look. Granado Design may also make recommendations of elements you might want to add to give your living space even more “wow”! factor. Whether you are ready to take the plunge on several rooms or just want to start with one room, Granado Design will be happy to assist you. In most cases, our makeovers can be completed in just one day!

Custom Murals & Wall Painting

Mural art is most commonly painted directly on a wall using acrylic paints or a long-lasting beautiful finish. It can also be painted on a separate substrate so it can be moved or relocated later. Whether it be a nursery, family room, office, kitchen or other space, mural art can make a statement that is uniquely you. Starting with your idea, together we will develop an impressive artistic statement.

Decorative Faux Finishes

Faux finishing can add depth and personality to any room. It can be understated or dramatic. Primarily used to accent walls in  rooms, it can entail one wall or an entire room. See sample swatch pallet for some of my most popular renditions.

Painted Furniture

Special artistic finishes can also be applied to furniture. This approach provides very unique visual and artistic opportunities. Hand-painted furniture provides one-of-a-kind art pieces for the home that would be admired for many years to come.
